Should non-desire lead to non-action?

We have desires in life. Just a minute of thought of who is that who is desiring would help one in giving least importance to such desires, for as long as desire continues, so would the cyclical journey. Perhaps, this might include even the desire to get the 'freedom'. Not that non-desire should lead to non-action. Let the action be performed for the Truth and Truth alone , and not for anything else. Let us not question the mind as to 'why am i here' - for We are here for a reason and let us get the maturity in understanding it. The questions like 'where do i stand' is of no importance as there is no scale to be measured - for it is either 'On or 'Off' like a lamp that operates on a switch. Let the role be enacted in the play as long as it is required and the ray of light on the mystery will be thrown when it has to be!
