A friend of mine was talking to me today about how he was feeling low regarding his future and quoting some examples from past. What a worry was to him yesterday is no longer a worry to him. Similarly what a worry is to him today, will no longer be a worry tomorrow. By the time we realize that such worries are meaningless, we scare to look back. Let the awareness obtained thus, at present be utilised fully now. Otherwise they may harass us in the future as mental impressions!!
