I...

From where does this very thought come from?..'I did this'..'I won'..'I lost'..'I should succeed'..'I cant afford to fail'. From where does the feeling of love and hatred come from? What is that which kindles the ego in oneself? Nothing but the one letter - I. As long as we associate ourselves with this very 'field' of ours, with this form of ours and with this very mind of ours, so long does the feeling of I sustain. .Let all these 'I's be attributed to the lotus feet of Him alone. Success/Failure, Happiness/Sorrow and any abc/xyz - Let them be attributed to Him alone. Just the rendering of the actions as per the conscience without expecting the results would do. It is just our duty to do the 'duty'. The rest is not our job. As we sow, so we reap. We would have come across various kinds of madness - madness for wealth, madness for property, madness for attraction, madness for recogonition, madness for power, madness for romance and the like. Also would have we come across various kinds of longings - 'Only If I were more rich...','Only if I would have studied more...','Only if this would have happened...'. Whatever madness or longing it might be - could be for any person or any 'thing'. Just let the heart, mind and soul be put into it. Let it be dreamt and let it be lived upon. Let the madness grow as big as a space, as though nothing can stop one in not being mad about it. That is the maturity of madness. Let the madness be sincere. Let the madness be pure. And let the madness be as perfect as possible. Let us love that madness of ours and worship it. That gives the metamorphosis into a new dimesion. That gives the 'necessary' transformation. That gives the knowledge. From that 'purity','sincereity' and 'perfection' in the madness, which could be on anything, the search begins.
